PLEASE BE ADVISED that 4030 Elk Ranch LLC, owners, have submitted an application to subdivide a parcel of land located in Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 91 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado.
The Moffat County Planning Commission and the Moffat County Commissioners would appreciate any comments that you may have that would help them to make a more informed decision. A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioner's Chambers located on the main floor, east end of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado. Major and Minor Subdivision Regulations can be found on-line at www.co.moffat.co.us under the Planning Department.
A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Commissioners on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chamber's located on the main floor, east end of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado. The application is available for public inspection in the Planning Department during normal business hours.
