LEGAL NOTICE A public hearing will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019, at 6:00 pm, before the Craig Planning and Zoning Commission, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 300 West 4th Street, Craig Colorado 81625, to consider a variance request for the following. The applicant is requesting a variance to section 16.03.0110, of the Land Use Code, to build a 2,016 sq. ft. agricultural accessory building in a Rural Residential Zone District at 2495 East Victory Way, Craig CO, 81625. The proposed building would be 516 sq. ft. larger than the 1,500 sq. ft. maximum allowed for accessory buildings due to a 12' x 48' lean to roof on one side. This use is a permitted use in this zone district. The variance is only for the overall size of the structure.
